KIK Mountain Village represents a village of 11 two floor, single and double family homes and 20 rooms hotel. Buildings represent independent constructions, each possessing separate yard plot space. The objective calls for provision of optimum comfort and relaxed recreation atmosphere to inhabitants. Due to this reason, maximum construction density over terrain was not pursued. Low-level floor construction was preferred – up to two floors. Houses possess constructed floor space from 85 sq. m. to 170 sq. m. First level houses living room-cum-dining room, with fireplace, kitchenette, bathroom, toilet, and closet. Second floor houses two or three bedrooms with bathrooms. Terraces are also envisioned. Each house has two parking spaces for automobiles and a small yard. From a situation viewpoint, construction is resolved in conformity with property’s shape, extremely elongated in East-West direction.  Houses are fully completed, German PVC wood colored joinery, wood flooring, granite flooring, stone slabs, brick walls, thermal and hydro insulation!

        The hotel has a reception, lobby bar, children’s corner, ski check-room, modern spa center, steam bath, fitness hall, indoor swimming pool, indoor children’s swimming pool, solarium, Jacuzzi, satellite TV, Internet, security, and many other extras for owners and complex guests!Buildings are aligned in two rows. Access to houses is via inner streets for automobiles; alleyways are intended as pedestrian walkways.

        Buildings are of solid, reinforced concrete construction. Exterior walls are of brick masonry. Natural wood colored PVC joinery. Shingle roof cover. Thermal insulation is envisioned.

        All construction materials are in conformity with European quality and security standards. Great emphasis is placed upon natural, eco-friendly materials. Settlement’s vision is coordinated in line with region’s traditional architecture, a rejoinder to the Bulgarian national revival style. Facades are marked by characteristic elements – white plaster, stone revetment, wooden planking, awnings, and wooden parapets. All communication types are envisioned - telephone, cable TV, Internet, security-signaling equipment. Access is controlled and the entire complex is fenced in. Interior space boasts lavish greenery. Recreation spots are designed along with children’s playground. Houses are on offer in fully completed state.
